This website collects and processes personal data only in the context of waitlist registration. No cookies are set and no tracking (analytics, pixels, fingerprinting) is used.

3. Waitlist registration

When you sign up for the waitlist, your email address is collected and transmitted to our newsletter service (Listmonk).

• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent)
• Purpose: Notification about beta launch
• Retention: Until withdrawal of consent or deletion request
• Processing: Listmonk (self-hosted on EU server, no third-party sharing)

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing friedrich@wagnis.eu. Your email address will be deleted immediately.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on a self-managed server within the EU. When you access the website, server log data is automatically collected (IP address, timestamp, requested resource, HTTP status code, user agent). This data is processed solely to ensure secure operation and is automatically deleted after 14 days.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any tracking technologies. No analytics services (Google Analytics, Matomo, Umami, or similar) are used. Therefore, no cookie banner is required.
